Laurel de la India House was designed and built by our firm, commissioned by R. Oglesby the project was part of a 20000 M2 master plan.

The house was an exploration on the house of geometries in opposition as a resource to create a more dynamic relation between spaces, each focal point was carefully study on site and is use as resource to create openings and windows to profit from the far ocean views and lush landscape.

After completion the project was intervened by a local firm which claimed being the author, flattering for Us but not the right thing to do.

The intervention of the colleague was a pastiche of styles and wrong references but even with such intervention good architecture remains there as a timeless witness of good design. Images courtesy of J.Salins Paisita
